Customized/engraved items (final sale)
Because customized items are made to order, all customized sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for custom items unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
Upon purchase, the customer will receive an email requesting additional information about the design. A draft of the design will be sent to the customer for confirmation BEFORE engraving starts. The customer will have 48 hours after the email is sent to confirm the design. If not confirmed, the order will be cancelled without a refund. Once confirmed, no refunds will be accepted.
Non-custom items (30-day returns)
Non-custom items may be eligible for a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery if:
The item is unused/unworn and in original condition
The item is returned with original packaging (where applicable)
Not eligible: items showing signs of wear, damage after delivery, or items marked final sale (if stated at purchase).
Defects, damage, or wrong item received
If your order arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:
Order number
Clear photos of the item and packaging
A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will repair, replace, or refund depending on the situation and inventory availability.
Return shipping and fees
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
How to start a return
Email [email protected] with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Do not send items back without authorization.

Processing time
Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Customized/engraved orders may require additional processing time depending on order volume and design complexity.
Shipping times
Shipping transit times vary by carrier and destination and are estimates, not guarantees. Once the package is in the carrier’s possession, delays are outside our control.
Tracking
When your order ships, you’ll receive tracking information by email (and/or SMS if you opted in).
Address accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering a correct shipping address. If an order is returned or delayed due to an incorrect/incomplete address, additional reshipping fees may apply.
