Product information and display

We aim to present products accurately. However, color and finish may vary slightly due to lighting, screen settings, and normal production tolerances.

Custom and engraved orders

Customized/engraved items are made based on the information you provide at checkout.

  • You are responsible for confirming spelling, dates, and design selections before ordering.

  • Once production begins, customized orders generally cannot be cancelled, changed, returned, or exchanged (except for defects or our error, or where required by law).

Pricing, inventory, and order acceptance

We reserve the right to correct errors (including pricing/availability), limit quantities, refuse orders, or cancel orders due to suspected fraud, system errors, or inventory constraints. If we cancel your order, you will be refunded.
